Turning off your card isn't a substitution for reporting your card shed or stolen. Contact us immediately if you feel that unauthorized transactions are actually built. Turning your card off will never stop card transactions introduced as recurring transactions or even the submitting of refunds, reversals, or credit history changes in your account.
